Wariimi Karingi

Wariimi Karingi is a mental health advocate and warrior, who thrives from her first-hand experience with severe depression and anxiety disorder. She is also the founder and CEO of Let’s Go Mental Kenya. Wariimi’s background is in the ICT industry where she worked for a period of 10+ years.

DR. Oscar W. Githua

Dr. Oscar W. Githua is a Consultant Forensic Psychologist and the Chairperson of the Kenya Psychological Association. He is a member of the National Taskforce on Mental Health in Kenya.

Irene Karanja

Irene Karanja is a development specialist with over 15 years’ experience in designing and executing solutions that improve the wellbeing of communities and the general society.

Dr. Pauline Ng’ang’a

Dr. Ng’ang’a has been a lecturer at the University of Nairobi department of Psychiatry, School of Medicine, College of Health sciences since 2015. She is a Clinical psychologist and Consultant Psychiatrist in private practice since 2011 and 2015 respectively.

Ariba Olembo

Ariba is an ICT expert who has  worked in senior positions in Internet Service Provider (ISP) companies, and Banking and Telecommunication Industries. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), among many other professional certifications.

Caroline is a Marketing & Communications professional with over 10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, and office administration.

She is passionate about mental health advocacy in order to raise awareness, create action, educate the community

Nancy Kabiru, a renown mental wellness champion, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Hisia Psychology Consultants. She is a trained counseling psychologist, clinical hypnotherapist, life and executive coach and a Kaizen practitioner.

Kasanda Bill is an amputee who is mental health Survivor Eager to Advocate for a world where mental illness is understood, effectively treated, and ultimately prevented.
